RRA Comes Into Force

Written Statement Deadline
Deadline for landlords to provide compliant Written Statements to existing tenants. New tenancies from 1 May require it upfront.
PRS Database Mandatory
Registration on the Private Rented Sector Database becomes mandatory. Required before landlords can serve certain notices.
